How do I track my order?
To track your order, simply wait for the email notification after your package has shipped. It will contain a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update online.

Missing Items
In the event that items are missing from your parcel, please contact us immediately at shop@mappergoods.com.
It is possible that your order was split into multiple deliveries. However, if we determine that an error occurred in fulfilling your order, we will promptly ship out the correct items using express international shipping to rectify the situation.
